Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through various channels and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and available options to customers.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings and sales.
- Negotiate with customers within approved company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the documentation, finance, and other internal teams for smooth closure.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and update customer information in CRM/MIS.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Attend sales meetings and provide regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of the sales process.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
