Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with customers, arranging site visits, following up with prospects, and converting interested customers into property bookings.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle company-provided leads and make timely calls.
- Understand customers’ requirements, budget, location preferences and purchase timeline.
- Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
- Explain property/project details, pricing, payment plans and facilities.
- Coordinate and assist customers during property/site visits.
- Identify customer objections and provide appropriate information.
- Assist the Sales Manager in negotiations and closing deals.
- Convert qualified leads and site visits into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Submit daily sales and activity reports.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
- Follow company-approved pricing, policies and sales procedures.
