Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 1 year - 5 year
Job Description:
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Leader to drive business growth, generate revenue, and lead a sales team of 7–8 members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
- Develop sales strategies to improve conversions and close deals.
- Monitor team performance and ensure individual accountability.
- Track leads, follow-ups, sales pipelines, and revenue.
- Take complete ownership of the team's overall sales performance.
- Personally contribute to business development and deal closures.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of sales or business development experience.
- Prior experience managing a sales team is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Must be proactive, target-driven, responsible, and highly accountable.
Compensation: Attractive fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
