Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Field Sales Executive who can handle field sales activities, generate new leads, meet potential clients, explain our software/product, and convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through field visits and networking.
• Visit potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Explain and demonstrate the company’s software/product to clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Maintain regular updates of leads and sales activities in CRM.
• Coordinate with the technical/support team whenever required.
Requirements
• Male candidates only.
• Graduate in any stream.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, B2B or related fields.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work and travelling within Jaipur.
• Should have a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler and driving licence.
• Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM.
• Ability to negotiate and convince potential customers.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate who is comfortable with daily field visits, has good sales experience, can independently generate leads, communicate with clients and close sales.
Salary: As per experience + Incentives
