Job SummaryGrowthOra is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting prospects into customers by promoting the company's B2B services.

1. Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, online research, and other sales channels.
2. Connect with potential clients and explain the company's products and services.
3. Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
4. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
9. Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.
10. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
