Telesales executive for BL (Business Loan) and PL (Personal Loan) is responsible for pitching unsecured and secured credit products to prospective clients over the phone. They assess financial eligibility, generate leads, and guide borrowers through the loan application process from initial contact to successful disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective customers or follow up on warm leads from banking databases or digital campaigns to pitch BL and PL products.
• Product Pitching: Explain the features, interest rates, processing fees, and tenure options for business and personal loans clearly and compliantly.
• Documentation & Processing: Assist interested applicants in gathering and submitting necessary KYC documents, bank statements, and income proofs.
• Objection Handling: Address concerns regarding interest rates, loan approvals, or hidden charges to build trust and persuade the prospect.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and finalized loan disbursals.
