Hiring: Telesales Executive

📍 Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with a strong background in services sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good convincing abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain services effectively.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain customer records and update sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in services sales/telesales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
