Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain company products/services and their benefits clearly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Follow up regularly with interested customers.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Maintain good relationships with customers.

Update customer information in CRM/software.

Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer service.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi/English communication skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
