Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller – Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, speak with potential customers, explain our photography packages, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable maternity, newborn, baby, family and photoshoot packages.
  • Explain packages, pricing, offers and shoot details clearly.
  • Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
  • Create urgency and convert qualified leads into bookings.
  • Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Google Sheets/CRM.
  • Coordinate with the photography team after booking confirmation.
  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Confident and persuasive personality.
  • Sales/telecalling experience preferred.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and computers.
