Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join MagickHome. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their home interior and furniture requirements, explaining our products and services, and converting enquiries into consultations and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through calls and follow up on enquiries and leads.
• Understand customer requirements related to modular kitchens, home interiors, furniture, and décor.
• Explain MagickHome’s products, services, offers, and consultation process.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, location, budget, and project needs.
• Schedule free design consultations and appointments with interested customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams for smooth lead handover.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, or customer handling.
• Experience in interior design, furniture, home décor, real estate, or a related industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
• Positive attitude with good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
