Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into customers through outbound and inbound calls.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Explain the company's products and services clearly.
  • Generate sales by converting leads into paying customers.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for successful client onboarding.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
