Telesales Executive

Nuskha is a Jaipur-based Ayurvedic brand that makes pregnancy, postpartum and baby nutrition. Our recipes come from a family of traditional vaids and are passed down through generations. Every product is made in-house in Jaipur with no preservatives, and we deliver across India and abroad. We were the first startup from Rajasthan to appear on Shark Tank India (Season 1).

Our customers are mothers going through one of the most important phases of their lives. They don't need a pushy seller. They need someone who listens, understands, and guides them to the right product.

Your Role

You will be the voice of Nuskha on phone and WhatsApp. You'll speak with mothers-to-be, new mothers and their families, help them choose the right products, and turn their enquiries into happy, repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers who enquired on our website, left items in their cart, or have bought from us before
• Understand each mother's stage (month of pregnancy, days since delivery, or baby's age) and recommend the right product
• Handle WhatsApp chats end to end: answer questions, share product details and payment links, and close the order
• Confirm orders and encourage prepaid payments
• Follow up with pregnancy customers every month so they never miss their next pack
• Record every call, chat and outcome in the daily tracker
• Share customer feedback with the team

Requirements

• At least 1 year of tele-sales experience with monthly targets (health, wellness, baby care, beauty or online brands preferred)
• Fluent Hindi and clear English, with neat, friendly writing in English and Hinglish
• Warm and comfortable talking about pregnancy, postpartum care and breastfeeding
• A patient listener who can answer questions like "Why should I buy this when I can make it at home?" with confidence
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business (quick replies, labels, catalogue) and Google Sheets
• Honest and disciplined: follows product guidelines, never makes medical promises, and guides health questions to the customer's doctor

Good to Have

• A background in nutrition, home science, nursing or Ayurveda
