Responsibilities

1. Sales Calls & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Contact leads provided by the company or sourced through campaigns.
• Follow up on previous contacts or inquiries to convert them into sales.

2. Understanding Customer Needs

• Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and company policies.
• Provide accurate and complete information using scripts and company-provided data.

3. Customer Relationship Management·       

 Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

·        Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

·        Follow up for renewals, upselling, or cross-selling.

  4. Reporting & Feedback·       

 Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.

·        Submit regular reports to team leaders or sales managers.

·        Provide feedback on recurring customer issues or product problems.
