Job Description: Work-from-Home TelecallerCompany: NexGen Health & Wellness
Job Type: Work From Home
Position: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Job ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and follow up on business leads.
- Explain NexGen products, including massage chairs, foot massagers, and other wellness products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily records of calls, customer enquiries, and follow-ups in Excel or the company CRM.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule showroom visits for interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
- RequirementsGood Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident speaking on the phone and handling customer enquiries.
- Basic computer, smartphone, Excel, and WhatsApp skills.
- A quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection.
- Previous telecalling or telesales experience is preferred, but freshers may apply.
- Working ConditionsWork from home.
- Daily calling targets and follow-up reporting.
