Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives and product specialists.
- Target Achievement: Set monthly and annual sales quotas, gross profit objectives, and unit volume targets.
- Operations & Inventory: Monitor vehicle inventory levels, coordinate with finance and service departments, and manage deal settlements.
- Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer complaints, oversee test drives, and ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Market Strategy: Analyze competitor activity, local market trends, and marketing campaigns to optimize lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is often preferred for senior roles).
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven retail sales experience within the automotive industry, including prior leadership.
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, data analysis, and computer proficiency.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license.
