Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Jalandhar. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a positive in-store experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is well organized.
• Manage billing and basic sales documentation when required.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and offers.
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar sales role.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
