About the RoleChopra Hire Purchase Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Coordinator to assist customers with loan and financial-service requirements. The candidate will understand the client's needs, guide them toward suitable loan options, and provide complete information about the purchase and financing process.

Key Responsibilities

Understand clients' financial and loan requirements.

• Guide customers according to their needs and eligibility.
• Explain loan options, terms, documentation, and other relevant details.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the process.
• Maintain customer and sales records using MS Excel.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Ensure customers receive accurate and timely information.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate preferred.

• Experience: Freshers can apply.
• English: Intermediate level.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and good communication skills.
• Candidates interested in sales, finance, and banking services are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed)

Incentives: Currently ₹0; performance-based incentives will be introduced after some time.
