Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day plant engineering and maintenance.
  • Handle mechanical/electrical machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize plant downtime.
  • Plan and supervise preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor machinery performance and safety.
  • Manage technicians/operators and allocate maintenance work.
  • Maintain maintenance, breakdown and spare-parts records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external service engineers.
  • Support production team in resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure plant equipment is operated and maintained safely.
  • Prepare regular maintenance and technical reports.
