Job Description
- Handle day-to-day purchasing activities and procurement of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other purchase records.
- Coordinate with the store, accounts, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers regarding pending deliveries.
- Identify new vendors and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.
- Verify material specifications, quantity, and quality as per requirements.
