Job Description
· This job is an asssitant to counter billing staff / receptionist and have to learn and eventually do the following things -
· First Interface to Customers
· Serves Customers by Greeting ,welcoming and directing them appropriately.
· Billing in software
· Receive payments for deliveries made
· Cash management and accounting
· Coordination with other outlet store In charges
· Checking customer garments and checking them / and giving them on delivery date
· Going for home pick up and delivery inside the society if needed
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Answer phone calls/emails.
· General Office upkeep/file maintenance/signing of packages
· Stock check and responsibility
· Handle irate and unsatisfied customers. Also do damage control and negotiate compensations.
