Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:-
1. Manage Alibaba, IndiaMART & other B2B product listings. 2. Handle inquiries. 3. Maintain inquiry,
quotation and follow-up tracker. 4. Coordinate quotation preparation. 5.
Record customer feedback. 6. Submit daily sales report to MD. 7. Coordinate
business travel. 8. Learn casting, forging & machining products. 9.
Independently handle B2B sales after training.
Required
Skills:- MS Office, Excel, English communication, Email drafting, B2B portal
handling, CRM/Data entry, Follow-up, Time management, Fast learner, Customer
communication.
Key Result Areas
Internal:-
1. Inquiry records updated daily. 2. Accurate quotation tracking. 3. Daily reporting. 4. Product listings maintained. 5.
Team coordination. 6. Product knowledge development.
External:-
1. Prompt inquiry response. 2. Customer follow-up. 3. Customer satisfaction.
4. Inquiry conversion support.
