Accounts Executive

We are looking for 10 reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executives to join our finance team here in Jodhpur, Sardarpura. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting for international transactions, foreign currency entries, inter-company reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. This is a good opportunity for candidates who want steady exposure to international accounting without the high-pressure environment of metro cities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting entries related to international purchases, sales, and foreign currency transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries for forex gains/losses, inter-company transactions, and adjustments.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliations for overseas-related accounts.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities, including preparation of schedules and reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for international payments, receipts, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors for audit support and queries related to international accounting.
• Assist in basic consolidation and management reporting for foreign entities or overseas operations.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements linked to international transactions (as applicable).
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and help improve day-to-day accounting processes.
• Support the finance team in any ad-hoc reporting or data preparation related to international accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com / BBA / M.Com preferred).
• 0–4 years of experience in accounts, with exposure to foreign currency transactions or inter-company accounting.
• Working knowledge of basic IFRS/Ind-AS concepts related to foreign exchange and inter-company entries.
• Good command over Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Hands-on experience with any accounting software like Zoho Books, Quickbooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet monthly closing deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of GST on import/export and FEMA-related documentation.
