Job Overview:

Conceive Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive for its brand Safe Cement. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing dealer networks, and driving sales of OPC and PPC cement across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Coverage: Manage complete sales operations within the assigned district and ensure thorough coverage of adjacent rural/semi-urban areas through regular market visits.

• Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and develop new building material dealers, sub-dealers, and retail counters.
• 
  
• Sales Generation: Drive volume sales of Safe Cement (OPC and PPC bags) to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• 
  
• Direct Client Engagement: Establish strong business relationships with local civil contractors, builders, engineers, and masons.
• 
  
• Site Deliveries: Conduct on-ground visits to active construction sites to secure direct institutional and bulk supply orders.
• 
  
• Brand Visibility: Ensure effective branding, point-of-sale display execution, and market promotions in local retail counters.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 
  
• Experience: Prior experience in field sales (preference will be given to candidates with a background in cement, TMT steel, paint, or building materials).
• 
  
• Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid Driving License.
• 
  
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, professional behavior, relationship-building skills, and a confident sales presentation style.
