Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the daily packing activities.
  • Ensure tractor spare parts are packed properly and securely as per company standards.
  • Check product quantity, part numbers, labels, and packaging before dispatch.
  • Manage and guide packing staff and allocate daily work.
  • Maintain proper packing materials and inventory.
  • Ensure timely completion of packing and dispatch orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the packing area.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and dispatch teams.
  • Identify and report packing errors, damages, or shortages.
  • Maintain basic records of packing and dispatch activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in packing supervision, preferably in an automobile/tractor spare parts or manufacturing company.
  • Good knowledge of packing and dispatch processes.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle work pressure.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
