Public Relations Executive – Media Liaison

Sidhi Marwadi is looking for a confident and execution-focused Media Relations & Influencer Outreach Executive for its Jodhpur office. This role will handle media outreach, influencer coordination, founder positioning, event opportunities and official external communication for Sidhi Marwadi and Kaushalya Choudhary.

This is not a social media management, SEO, advertising or general marketing position. The candidate’s main responsibility will be to identify the right media, influencer, event and institutional contacts, start professional conversations and take every opportunity towards a clear next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and regularly update lists of journalists, editors, reporters, producers, media houses, influencers, event organisers and relevant institutional contacts.

• Identify the correct reporter, beat journalist, editor, producer or decision-maker for every story or opportunity.

• Pitch Sidhi Marwadi’s brand stories, product stories and Kaushalya Choudhary’s founder journey through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.

• Coordinate with influencers regarding content opportunities, deliverables, timelines, commercials and approvals.

• Handle incoming invitations for interviews, podcasts, events, award functions, panels and chief-guest appearances.

• Discuss event details including audience, event format, travel, accommodation, deliverables, content usage, commercial terms and payment timelines.

• Coordinate professionally and ethically with government bodies, industry associations and institutions whenever required.

• Prepare or coordinate press notes, media briefs, founder profiles, background material and supporting information.

• Maintain a proper tracker containing contact name, organisation, pitch angle, response, last follow-up, next action and final outcome.

• Submit a weekly outreach and opportunity report.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 1–3 years of practical experience in PR, media relations, journalism, influencer coordination, event PR or corporate communications.

• Strong spoken Hindi and professional working English.

• Confidence in speaking with journalists, editors, influencers, event organisers and senior external stakeholders.

• Ability to write professional emails and short WhatsApp pitches.

• Candidate must be able to explain at least one real media, influencer or event-outreach assignment handled personally.

• Female candidates based in Jodhpur or ready to relocate to Jodhpur will be considered.

This role is not suitable for:

• Candidates whose experience is limited to social media posting, SEO, paid advertising or content writing.

• Candidates who only prepared reports but did not personally contact media or influencers.

• Candidates claiming guaranteed media coverage or unofficial influence.

Selection Process:

1. Initial telephone screening.
2. Short media-targeting and outreach assignment.
3. English email and Hindi/English WhatsApp drafting test.
4. Media-call and event-negotiation role-play.
5. Final in-person interview.

Work Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Work Mode: Full-time, work from office

Working Hours: 9:30 to 6:30

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on practical experience and interview performance.
