Sales Executive

TravelPocket is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Sales Inbound Calling Executive for its Jodhpur office. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, explaining travel packages, following up with interested customers, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

We are looking for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries related to various travel packages.
• Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel details to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up updates in the company CRM or system.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team for booking-related queries and customer support.

Skills & Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
• Positive attitude, convincing skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up consistently.
• Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates can both apply.
• Experience in sales calling, inbound calling, or the travel industry will be an advantage.
