Job Description
- 🔹 Business & Sales Achieve branch targets for loan disbursement
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market
- Monitor field activities and customer acquisition
- 🔹 Collection & Recovery Ensure timely collection of EMIs
- Monitor overdue accounts and reduce delinquency
- Support team in recovery of difficult cases
- 🔹 Team Management Lead, train, and motivate field officers and staff
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure discipline and productivity of the team
- 🔹 Operations Oversee daily branch operations
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Maintain records of disbursement and collections
- 🔹 Customer Relationship Build strong relationships with clients
- Resolve customer issues and grievances
- Maintain good reputation in the local area
