We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. You’ll be the backbone of our financial integrity ensuring that every entry is accurate, every ledger is balanced, and our reporting is crystal clear. If you’re someone who finds peace in a perfectly balanced sheet and speaks the language of Tally, we want to meet you.

• Key Responsibilities
• Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain accurate daily records of all financial transactions using Tally.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, etc.).
• Banking & Reconciliation: Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow daily.
• Taxation & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Data Management: Utilize MS Excel to create advanced trackers, pivot tables, and financial models to analyze data.
• Audit Support: Organize documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.

• Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Software Mastery: Hands-on experience with Tally (Prime/ERP 9) is non-negotiable.
• Excel Proficiency: You should be comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas (we love a good spreadsheet).
• Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for discrepancies and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
• Integrity: High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Bonus Points If You Have:Previous experience in a similar accounting role.
