Job Description: Equity Dealer cum CRD Executive Company: Kedia Group of companies.

Location: Kalyan West Near Kalyan Railway Station.

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–4 years in a stock broking firm (dealing and/or KYC/CRD)

Reports to: Director / Head of Operations

Timings: Market days, 8:45 AM to 6:30 PM / Saturday 10 AM to 6.30 PM (Saturdays as required for back-office work)

Role SummaryWe are looking for a dependable professional to handle two areas. During market hours, the role is live equity and derivatives dealing for our clients. Outside market hours, it covers the Client Relationship Department (CRD): account opening, KYC, modifications, and client servicing. The role suits someone who is quick and accurate on the terminal and organised with documentation and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Equity Dealing (Market Hours)

• Execute client orders in Cash, F&O and, where applicable, Commodity segments on the trading terminal (ODIN / NEST / NOW or equivalent), accurately and on time
• Take and confirm orders only through authorised channels, such as recorded phone lines, in line with SEBI and exchange rules. Maintain order logs.
• Monitor client positions, MTM, margin utilisation and peak margin compliance through the day
• Alert clients about margin shortfalls and carry out risk-based square-offs as per the RMS policy
• Share trade confirmations and resolve trade-related client queries the same day
• Track corporate actions, F&O expiries, ban-list stocks and circulars that affect client positions
• Coordinate with RMS and back office on pay-in/pay-out, shortages and auction cases

B. CRD / Client Registration & Servicing

• Handle new client onboarding end to end: collect documents, complete KYC, verify in person or by video (IPV/VIPV), run e-sign, and do quality checks
• Upload and verify records on KRA and CKYC, register clients (UCC) with NSE/BSE/MCX, and open demat accounts with CDSL/NSDL
• Process modifications: address and bank changes, nominee updates, segment activation (with financial proof for F&O), DDPI, re-KYC and account closures
• Keep physical and digital client records organised and ready for audit
• Send contract notes, ledgers, holding statements and other client communication on time
• Resolve client queries and grievances, including SCORES/exchange complaints, within prescribed timelines
• Support internal, exchange, depository and SEBI inspections and audits with the required records

RequirementsQualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives: mandatory
• NISM Series VII – Securities Operations & Risk Management: preferred
• NISM Series XVI (Commodity Derivatives): an added advantage

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience on at least one exchange trading terminal
• Working knowledge of KYC norms, KRA/CKYC, UCC and depository processes (CDSL/NSDL)
• Understanding of margins, SPAN/exposure, peak margin and settlement cycles
• Good command of MS Excel and back-office software
• Clear communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and disciplined about compliance
