Petromar Engineered Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organization specializing in the manufacturing and fabrication of high-quality process equipment. We are seeking a skilled and driven Production Engineer to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure seamless project execution. 

Role Overview 

• Position: Production Engineer 

• Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years 

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering 

• Industry Type: Mechanical Fabrication / Process Equipment Manufacturing 

Key Responsibilities 

• Production Operations: Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets according to project schedules. 

• Fabrication Monitoring: Oversee the entire fabrication process from raw material preparation to final product completion. 

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Design, Planning, QA/QC, Stores, and Project Management teams. 

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all production activities strictly follow approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. 

• Resource Optimization: Monitor manpower, material consumption, and machine utilization to optimize production progress. 

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production-related technical and operational bottlenecks promptly. 

• Documentation: Maintain precise production records, daily progress updates, and performance reports. 

• Process Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance production processes, boost productivity, and drive overall operational efficiency. 

Key Requirements & Skills 

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in mechanical fabrication and manufacturing of process equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Columns. 

• Standards & Codes: Familiarity with ASME codes, fabrication standards, and advanced engineering drawings. 

• Software Skills: Good command of MS Excel and MS Office for reporting and tracking. 

• Core Competencies: Production Planning | Mechanical Fabrication | Process Equipment | Production Monitoring | Team Coordination
