Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Sales Engineer to drive sales of electrical and mechanical products (motors, gearboxes, cables & wires). The role involves client visits, technical consultation, quotation follow-ups, and building long-term relationships with industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector

• Conduct client visits to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable products

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business

• Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, accounts) for order execution

• Track sales pipeline, visits, and follow-ups using company system (Zoho CRM)

• Stay updated on product specifications for motors, gearboxes, cables, and wires

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel for client visits across Mumbai (Kalyan/Dombivli/Asangaon/ Badlapur/Ambernath and nearby areas)

• Basic understanding of industrial electrical/mechanical products is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

• Should have own Vehicle (Two-wheeler)
