Core Focus: Supporting the sales pipeline by translating client business challenges into structured training, upskilling, and consulting solution frameworks.
What You Will Do
- Talk to Clients: Join sales calls to find out what training or consulting a client needs.
- Build Solutions: Design custom training programs, learning paths, and consulting plans.
- Write Proposals: Create clear pitches, business proposals, and RFP responses.
- Pitch Ideas: Present our services and solutions to company decision-makers.
- Work Together: Partner with trainers and salespeople to make sure proposals are accurate and practical.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B pre-sales, training, corporate sales, or consulting.
- Skills: Strong presentation, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: Quick to understand different industries and match their needs to our services.
