Sales & Marketing Executive

• 1. Sales & Marketing PlanningPlan and execute sales and marketing activities across all Happy Homes store branches.
• Prepare branch-wise sales plans and promotional activities as per business requirements.
• Discuss sales and marketing plans, requirements and performance directly with the Owners/Management.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, customer footfall and repeat purchases.
• 2. Sales & Marketing ExecutionExecute all approved sales and marketing activities across branches.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and store teams for proper implementation.
• Plan and execute promotional, festive, seasonal and special sales campaigns.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing materials, offers, displays and campaigns.
• 3. Sales Monitoring & AnalysisMonitor branch-wise sales performance and achievement against targets.
• Analyse sales data and identify sales gaps, trends and improvement areas.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports for Management.
• Follow up with branches on pending targets and corrective actions.
• 4. Customer & Market DevelopmentIdentify opportunities for new customer acquisition and repeat business.
• Collect customer feedback and market information.
• Monitor competitor activities, offers and market trends.
• Suggest new sales and marketing ideas to Management.
• 5. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate between Management and all store branches for sales and marketing activities.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and identify requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for marketing activities wherever required.
• Maintain proper records of sales plans, campaigns and marketing activities.
• Ensure all assigned activities are completed within the given timeline.
