Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
Kedia Capitals is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team at Kalyan West. The candidate will be responsible for resolving client queries related to Demat accounts, Trading accounts, Insurance, and various Capital Market products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve client queries through calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers in understanding and navigating their Demat and trading accounts
• Provide support and information related to investment products
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream)
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a Customer Support role
• Experience in a Stock Broking firm will be huge plus
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer-first approach with strong problem-solving ability
