Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Leader to drive operational excellence, strengthen internal controls, and act as a strategic bridge between leadership and execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep domain expertise in the automobile dealership industry, and hands-on experience in internal audit and risk management. This role will closely work with the CFO and CEO, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal audit functions across dealership operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for CFO and CEO, providing insights, updates, and actionable recommendations.
• Drive strategic coordination between departments including finance, operations, sales, and compliance.
• Develop and implement robust interna3333l control systems, SOPs, and audit frameworks specific to dealership operations.
• Conduct periodic audits covering inventory, sales processes, receivables, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making and performance improvement.
• Prepare and present high-quality Audit reports, dashboards, and audit findings to senior leadership.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and lead audit and operations teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
