Area Sales Manager (B2B)

Role & responsibilities

• Field Visit and develop business with builders, contractors, retail hardware shops, AAC block manufacturers/dealers, and building material dealers
• Generate sales orders and repeat business for Block Joining Mortar
• Promote the company's product and brand.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and trial activities
• Appoint and support new dealers and retailers
• Build relationships with masons and key decision-makers
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, collect money and customer requirements
• Support payment collection and submit daily sales reports

Main Goal: Increase sales of Block Joining Mortar and establish the company's brand in the market.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in construction materials sales

• Experience in selling AAC blocks, cement, block joining mortar, tile adhesive, construction chemicals, paints, or other building material.
• Strong network with builders, contractors, dealers, retailers, and masons. Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Willing to travel extensively for field sales
• Target-oriented and capable of developing a new brand in the market
• Knowledge of the local Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu, and Chennai markets is preferred.
