Job Description
Responsible for leading and managing a field sales team to drive Google Pay merchant onboarding, QR activation, and business growth. The Team Leader will support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets while maintaining strong merchant relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives/BDEs.
- Drive Google Pay QR merchant acquisition and onboarding.
- Plan daily field visits and allocate leads to team members.
