Job Description
- identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, resellers, corporate clients, and other potential customers.
- Introduce and promote Arabian Aroma’s perfumes, attars, body mists, and other fragrance products.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Share product catalogues, quotations, pricing, and business offers with clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Explore new markets, customer segments, and sales channels.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
