Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including new employee orientation and documentation.

Employee Relations:

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns promptly.

Training and Development:

• Identify employee training needs and organize relevant training programs.
• Support career development initiatives and track employee progress.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
• Regularly update HR policies to align with legal requirements and company objectives.

Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute engagement activities, such as team-building events, celebrations, and feedback surveys.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and inclusivity within the organization.

Exit Management:

• Oversee the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and processing full-and-final settlements.
• Gather insights to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
