Job RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle B2B and B2C customers, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls and generate leads.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
  • Take and process customer orders.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Salary & Incentives

  • Salary: ₹5,000/month
  • Incentive: 6% commission on sales above ₹50,000.
  • Conveyance: Provided by the company as applicable.
  • RequirementsGood communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hindi/local language and basic English.
  • Sales and telecalling skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
