Location: Barra, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹34,000 (Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives up to ₹9,000)

Job Type: Full-Time (Day Shift)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally
• Provide information about services and convert leads into sales
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18 – 40 years
• Gender: Female candidates preferred
• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: Basic English required

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customer interactions
