Job Description:

We are looking for a Basic Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records of the company. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, good Excel skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle sales, purchase, expenses, receipts and payments entries.
• Maintain and update Tally / accounting software.
• Prepare invoices, bills and payment records.
• Maintain bank and cash records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
• Coordinate with the HR/Admin team for salary and expense-related records.
• Ensure accounting data is accurate and updated on time.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of Debit, Credit, Ledger, Journal and Bank Reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification preferred.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
