Role: Admissions Specialist / Academic Counselor
Experience: 1 - 4 Years (EdTech / Admission Counseling / Telesales)
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
Location: Mall Road, Kanpur (On-site)
Shift timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
Working days: 6 days a week
Openings: 10 Positions
About the Role
Studycups Education is a fast-growing EdTech company helping students discover and secure the right academic path. We are expanding our Kanpur team and looking for driven Admissions Specialists to guide students, build trust with parents, and convert warm leads into successful enrollments.
What You’ll Do
Counseling & Conversions: Guide students and parents toward suitable programs, convert warm leads, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Pipeline Management: Managing inbound and outbound sales calls, Lead Generation, Management and Closing, Maintain daily CRM updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Outreach Support: Represent Studycups at education fairs and student outreach events as needed.
What We’re Looking For
-1–4 years of experience in EdTech, admission counseling, or telesales.
-Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English with strong lead-closing ability.
-Target-driven mindset and comfort using CRM tools for daily reporting.
