Computer Operator

Job Title: Computer Operator – E-Commerce & Data Entry Job Type: Full-Time

Department: E-Commerce / Operations

Job Role: We are looking for a computer operator who will be responsible for data entry, Excel-based record management, order/tracking updates, and product listing activities on e-commerce platforms.

• Key Responsibilities Perform daily data entry and data management in MS Excel.
• Maintain and update monthly tracking reports and records.
• Track orders, shipments, deliveries, returns, and other e-commerce-related data.
• Prepare and maintain monthly and daily Excel reports.
• Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Enter product details such as product name, SKU, part number, price, quantity, specifications, and descriptions.
• Check and maintain accuracy of product and order-related data.
• Update inventory and product information as required.
• Coordinate with the team regarding order, listing, inventory, and tracking-related information.
• Perform other computer and data-entry tasks as required.
• Required Skills Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and computer operations.
• Ability to manage large amounts of data carefully.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listings.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Preferred Skills Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in e-commerce data entry or product listing is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of image resizing, cropping, background removal, and product-image editing will be an added advantage.
• Candidate Profile: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• The candidate should be responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Should be comfortable working with Excel and handling repetitive data-management tasks.
• E-commerce experience will be preferred.
