JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SALES / MERCHANT ACQUISITION

💼 Position: Field Sales Executive / Merchant Acquisition

📍 Location: Kanpur💰 CTC: ₹23,000 per month

🎯 Experience: Minimum 1 Year

🎂 Age: Up to 30 Years

Eligibility & Requirements:

✅ Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition experience required

✅ Business Loan / Personal Loan sales experience will also be preferred

✅ Google Pay / PhonePe / BharatPe experience preferred

✅ Candidate should be comfortable with field work

✅ Good communication skills required

📱 Android phone mandatory

❌ iPhone candidates are not eligible

Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Acquire new merchants through field visits.

🔹 Explain and promote the company's payment and merchant services.

🔹 Onboard new merchants and complete the registration process.

🔹 Build and maintain good relationships with merchants.

🔹 Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.

🔹 Visit markets regularly to generate new business leads.

🔹 Provide support to merchants regarding services and onboarding.

🔹 Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily work activities.
