Position: MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Collect data from various sources and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Create dashboards, spreadsheets, and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Monitor sales, inventory, expenses, and operational performance data.
• Maintain databases and update records regularly.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and report consolidation.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Charts).
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is an advantage. (If Available)

Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.

KPI / Performance Indicators

• Accuracy of reports.
• Timely submission of MIS reports.
• Data quality and consistency.
