Job Description
- RESPONSIBILITIES – PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
- Prepare required media, solutions, reagents, and kits as per SOP.
- Manage chemicals, material codes, labelling, and storage at 4°C/-20°C.
- Maintain lab equipment, Biosafety Cabinet, culture room, and autoclave.
- Ensure proper kit packaging, bottle/box labelling, and dispatch verification.
- Prepare and update solution and kit stickers.
- Maintain material usage, production records, and inventory in SOMS.
- Complete daily task lists and production documentation accurately.
- Report production status, shortages, equipment issues, and deviations to the Production Manager.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and JS Production for timely completion of production work.
- Follow all SOPs, safety, cleanliness, and company procedures.
