KHPL is looking for a responsible and organized Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams and management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Coordinate with different teams and follow up on assigned tasks.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, and work progress.

- Ensure daily tasks, targets, and deadlines are completed on time.

- Maintain daily reports, records, and operational updates.

- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates.

- Identify operational issues and take necessary action to resolve them.

- Ensure proper communication and coordination within the team.

- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

- Help improve internal processes and overall work efficiency.

- Handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Support management in planning and executing business activities.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage and coordinate a team.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

- Previous experience in operations or team management will be preferred.
