Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Health Line Clinics is looking for a **professional and patient-friendly Receptionist** to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Welcome and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner

* Handle patient registration, appointment booking, rescheduling, and confirmations

* Manage incoming calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries

* Coordinate with doctors, OT staff, and management for smooth patient flow

* Maintain accurate patient records and front desk documentation

* Support basic administrative and billing-related tasks

* Ensure front office discipline, cleanliness, and confidentiality

### **Eligibility & Skills**

* Minimum qualification: **12th Pass / Graduate preferred**

* **1–3 years** of experience as a Receptionist (Clinic/Hospital experience preferred)

* Good communication skills in **English & Hindi**

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)

* Polite personality, professional appearance, and multitasking ability

### **Working Hours**

Full-time / Shift-based (as per clinic schedule)
