### 1. Job Objective

To guide and supervise the telecalling team, train telecallers in the organization's membership process, improve communication skills, monitor daily performance, and support the achievement of organizational goals.

### 2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Guide telecalling team members on their daily tasks and responsibilities.

2. Train new telecallers on the organization's objectives, membership process, benefits, and working procedures.

3. Monitor daily calling reports, follow-ups, and membership progress.

4. Assist management in setting daily and weekly performance targets.

5. Improve team members' communication skills, call quality, and professional approach.

6. Help telecallers handle prospective members' questions and concerns professionally.

7. Maintain team discipline, punctuality, attendance, and work quality.

8. Prepare daily performance reports and submit them to the concerned department head.

9. Motivate team members and maintain a positive working environment.

10. Ensure the confidentiality and security of member data and contact details.

11. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, the code of conduct, and approved membership procedures.

12. Prevent misleading information, inappropriate pressure, and irregularities related to membership fees.

### 3. Required Qualifications & Skills

- Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English knowledge will be an advantage.

- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic knowledge of mobile applications, WhatsApp, computers, and MS Excel.

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or team management will be preferred.

- Responsible, disciplined, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

### 4. Performance Evaluation Criteria

- Daily calling and follow-up reports.

- Quality of communication with prospective members.

- Accuracy of membership-related information.

- Team productivity, training, and discipline.

- Weekly and monthly performance reviews.

### 5. Essential Personal Qualities

### Important Note

The role of a Telecalling Team Leader is not limited to making calls or assigning tasks. The individual will be responsible for training, guiding, motivating, and supervising the entire telecalling team to improve performance and support the organization's objectives.
